⠀ got scolded by my mom over the phone last night and told to get some rest so i'd have enough energy today to visit the temple, make a wish, and ward off bad luck before school starts again... and yet here i am, only just about to sleep. bad luck is already coming after me. ⠀

The life update that I've been meaning to share to absolutely no one: the kids just had their graduation ceremony which means I've been relieved of my duties 'til next week, and now I'm trying to cope with life slowing down by watching fast-paced sports.

Made french toast while watching the Pens completely obliterate the Isles. It was a very good hockey game.
