actually believe that more people are sidelined on this $HYPE move than prior uptrends this current uptrend ppl are scarred by crypto bear markets & by BTC & ETH showing weakness consistently, it would be very anomalous for a cryptocurrency to make new all time highs while everything else is in the gutters, so think a lot of people are waiting for bitcoin to put in a lower low to buy in size & don't think they've allocated aggressively during this move up believe that bottom was put in when hyperliquid stayed > $20 while bitcoin went to $60k from $80k, & that we've actually onboarded a lot more tradfi capital past few months who have seen the protocol's trading volumes of stocks and commodities keep increasing, while crypto regulatory environment continues to improve in Washington DC with Clarity Act progression people will chase buying spot if it holds > $50 & we will see price discovery at the same time as SpaceX IPO is happening IMO

Chaos Rising might be one of the easiest skips in recent memory. Not every new set needs to be ripped. Not every release deserves the hype. Sometimes the best move is saving your cash for products and cards you actually believe in. Am I the only one not feeling this set?

vintage over modern cards for pokemon. Neo Discovery 1st Ed Umbreon (2001): 103 PSA 10s. Last sale $33,000. Moonbreon (2021): 19,858 PSA 10s. PSA 10 sells $1,200-$1,800. 193x rarer. 10x more expensive. modern keeps printing. vintage supply is locked forever. my collection is almost entirely vintage and the math is why.

This really is the only way. Because the truth is, no longterm collector would buy modern at these prices. It would have been unconscionable for a 2 year old card to be worth even 2/3k 5 years ago

I saw an opportunity and took it. Even in today’s collectibles market, there are still real opportunities to collect Pokemon you genuinely like while positioning yourself for potential upside. I picked mine up for $1k. The next copy listed at $2k sold. Now the only one available is sitting at $9,999. Hasn’t sold yet, but I wouldn’t be shocked to see one move around $5k if the right buyer shows up and someone decides to cash out. PSA 9 pop count 41. I dont like to make financial post involving cards. This is an exception, what the Hell are you guys doing not buying this card for $200 in a Psa 10? Population is under 6 thousand for a card this old that is low. Guaranteed this card hits over 400$ within 1 yr easily.
