@inkboundd i’ve been meaning to read vicious for years! the only V.E Schwab book i’ve read is bury my bones in the midnight soil which i absolutely adored. i’ll look for vicious at the library. thank you for your suggestions! i’ve read a couple of them, you have good taste ❤️

@inkboundd yes and u find the best book ever and you go down a rabbit hole of the author's works and forget about ur tbr for a good few months

thats why u gotta let it simmer in ur tbr first until u forget what made u put it there, then u just pick a book randomly and hope for the best. the tbr roulette.

Reading a book just to see “what the fuss is all about” is one of the worst ways to approach reading. You’re less likely to enjoy the story when you feel pressured to justify the book’s popularity while reading it. Don’t pressure yourself to read books because of everyone else
