sebenernya bukan semata-mata karna "kopi indonesia lebih strong", tapi ada beberapa faktor yg bikin efeknya beda. di korea, banyak coffee chain pakai 100% arabika, yang kadar kafeinnya emang lebih rendah dan rasanya lebih smooth. sementara di Indonesia, cukup banyak kedai yang masih pake robusta atau blend arabika-robusta. nah robusta sendiri kandungan kafeinnya bisa hampir 2x lebih tinggi daripada arabika. selain itu, standar racikannya juga beda. klo di indonesia banyak kedai yang pakai double shot sebagai standar, roasting cenderung lebih gelap (dark roast), dan ekstraksi espressonya lebih pekat. jdi meskipun ukuran gelasnya lebih kecil, total kafein yang diminum bisa lebih tinggi guys. di korea, minuman kaya americano emang keliatannya "besar", tapi sering kali isinya cuma 1–2 shot espresso yang ditambah banyak air, jadi rasanya lebih ringan. bahkan beberapa chain sengaja make biji kopi dgn karakter yang lebih mild supaya tetap nyaman diminum berkali-kali dalam sehari. makanya gk heran ada idol yang sanggup minum beberapa shot atau americano di korea, tapi pas ke indo malah jadi berdebar atau pusing. blum tentu karena tubuhnya berubah, tapi bisa jadi karena jenis biji kopi, komposisi blend, tingkat roasting, jumlah shot, dan cara penyeduhan emang berbeda. intnya, yang menentukan bukan negaranya, tapi jenis biji kopi (arabika vs robusta), persentase blend, roasting, jumlah shot, dan standar racikan tiap coffee shop. jadi satu "shot" di negara lain belum tentu menghasilkan efek yang sama di tubuh.
