but again, no scam involved. my concern is the doxxing, it will be bad for the community if tolerated.

no financial crime involved, don't doxx their payment details. it will do them more harm than your 150php loss as they can be targeted by scams and fraudulent schemes.

@inksofblaire that's unprofessionalism but it isn't necessarily scam. for one, you paid = they gave an output.
respectfully to you and the commissioner, if you're commissioning for editing something worth 150php i think you should know better not to expect for a high quality output.
