Something they don’t tell u when u starve urself for months is that it actually leaves u feeling worse and everything gets weird and u miss being thick as fuck and nothing fits right and ur still sad. We healing but a little #transparency for today

With nothing left to protect my body from the outside world, no life energy to fuel my inside world, I went fuggin bonkers teehee. And it was there I met my shadow and started to pull from that energy because it’s all I had left to use. SO THINGS GOT dark.

Being so empty allowed me to feel all that hid underneath and I wasn’t able to face it all at once, I’m still uncovering. But I learned how to listen more deeply to my body and developed the unspoken language I share with only myself.
