Hey hello! Decided it's time to actually try something while KOLESIE future is uncertain I will be looking for something for myself in esports world =)
I've been running sort of academy for years now, helping players develop, getting to decent events, VRS placings, sometimes winning some event etc but then understandably players are moving towards bigger possibilities with real contracts. Have pretty good score of gaining players to better versions of themselves, I like to believe some small part of it is thanks to me!
My goal is leading a stable project with my years of all tiers of experience, major & s tier events exp, playing with great players and not so greatr players and honestly so so many years in the game. Fully meta oriented, I am not day dreaming either, and I would need to get a good leap of faith in me, but trust I give 1000% of myself into it.
I've got drive and faith, I know how to lead, know how to manage and I know how to get the best out of players. If you'd be seeing me valuable for you, I am glad to talk about any potential partnership within esports teams.
