It's the time of the year we've all been dreading. Unless you work for Big Tissue.

if this week's forecast is anything to go by we'll have to re-use those festival ponchos from last year

Here’s one way of getting your greens in for the week that's in it (green smoothies that is, not shamrocks).

Wool. It’s just so versatile. Here's some things you can do with it. On the off chance you’re not into wool wigs though, our smoothie bottles are wearing little woolly hats as part of The Big Knit.

A monkey on your smoothie? What’s next, a lawyer for your hair? Just kidding, it’s The innocent Big Knit. Keep your eyes peeled (not literally) for little woolly hats on our smoothies in shops across Ireland. 30c from every behatted bottle goes to our friends in Age Action.

It's now socially acceptable to roast chestnuts on an open fire, cry at ads and use chimneys as doors. It's too early to rock around the Christmas tree, though. Sincerely, the innocent department of seasonally appropriate behaviour

As long as they are in fact good biscuits when the tin is opened and not an unnecessary pile of thread and sewing kits.

We asked Rob from accounts if he liked this post and he said "yup." We're not too sure if we believe him.

@mollymaeo Hello there Molly. We think you might need to try again on the DM. Or, maybe we're being played and the shame is on us now. If so, well played, Molly.

We know it was tough, but our Tom made it to October without saying it and that's no mean feat.

Attention knitters. We need lots more bobble dazzlers from you before the end of November. Great news. There are now 32 lovely libraries across Ireland taking in your little hats for free (*gives big round of applause*). Library list in bio. Thanks knitting legends.

THE 5 HARDEST THINGS TO AVOID IN THE OFFICE 1. Small talk 2. Making tea 3. Saying "late one?" when you see someone yawn 4. Being passive aggressive in emails when someone says they're "not sure if they got it" even though they definitely did get it 5. Your work

@Jura30854540 2/2 We're not planning on changing the carton shape soon but we've found that laying the carton flatter makes it much easier to pop the straw in. In the meantime, we'll pass your comment on to our packaging team so they're aware of the trouble you've been having. Hope that helps.

@Jura30854540 Hello there. Thank you for your feedback on our straws. We understand that they can be frustrating. Our cartons are a bit of a funny shape, which can make it tricky to get the straw into the hole at the top. 1/2

@innocentIreland y’all gotta change the design for the small carton smoothie packets, I don’t know what testing you did with the new paper straws . But I’m currently 2 for 30 in actually getting the straw in without breaking it. And I know a lot of people are having this issue
