@RiotPhroxzon Not playing this patch until, Zed and LB are buffed, can choose lane perks quest, can make runes more versatile, I don't won't the ward domination runes, but would gladly replace it with a rune from the secondary tree, also add a damage rune option in health/ tenacity option.

I talk a bit about the minion aggro change inside. TLDR
1. We think the mechanic results in a bunch of prolonged unfun gameplay states, especially in ranged vs melee matchups
2. Our design goal isn't to maximize skill expression, it is often to funnel skill expression into "high visibility, high impact", especially if the behavior is resulting in unintuitive things for many players (minions suddenly changing target for unclear reasons). Eg. In this case, sometimes when players hit the ranged minions they change target, but in other cases they don't (it's really hard to understand) and messes up last hitting for many players
3. There are some skill expression we support that very few people intentionally use, but ideally it is powerful, obvious and observable when it's happening (people understand what's happening)

Quinn's weakness is that as a laner if she falls behind she truly breaks her ankles and as a laner she is "honest" whenever she disappears from lane. Quinn is also an item-reliant champ, not as much levels. Giving her a way to achieve her biggest strengths while avoiding all her weaknesses is a recipe for disaster

She is deserving of her rank whether you want to believe it or not. You’d know if you laned against her yuumi (only comet yuumi player doesn’t miss q). And if you disagree you’re prob masters and upset ppl can climb in different ways than you. She was +19 -21 mmr as well.
