Sleep tip - If it's taking too long to fall asleep, then try going to bed later. You'll build a bigger ‘appetite’ for sleep and will more likely fall asleep quicker. Get up early too, and soon your body will crave sleep at the correct times so you'll spend less time in bed awake.
