What happens when the church becomes more than a place—and truly becomes family? Making and Multiplying Disciples for Life: The Story of First Baptist Orlando’s First Embrace Pregnancy Center is now available to watch. This full documentary tells the powerful story of how a local church stepped into the lives of women and families facing unplanned pregnancies—not only to meet immediate needs, but to walk with them toward lasting hope, community, and discipleship. Through honest testimonies, viewers hear women describe fear, isolation, and uncertainty—and how those moments were met with compassion, presence, and belonging. One mother described it this way: “We found a family… a home away from home.” This is not a story about a perfect church or flawless leaders. It is a testimony of what God can do when ordinary believers say yes, trust Him to lead, and allow discipleship to grow through hospitality, faithfulness, and love. At First Baptist Orlando, a simple yet intentional pathway connects the pregnancy center to the life of the church. Those who once received help now serve others. Community leads to growth. Growth leads to discipleship. And discipleship multiplies. This documentary invites churches everywhere to consider an important question: What might God do if we welcomed people not just to receive help—but to belong? Watch now and discover how the church can become home.

Is talking about fatherhood, marriage, and discipleship a distraction from saving unborn lives? Care Net’s answer is no. It is the strategy. In this CareCast conversation, Roland Warren and Vince DiCaro argue that if you ask the real question — what would we want for a woman facing an unplanned pregnancy if we could change everything except the fact that she’s pregnant? — the answer is bigger than one decision. Yes, we want her to choose life. But we also want the father involved, the family strengthened, and everyone connected to Christ and the local church. Why? Because saving a life without addressing the deeper issues often leaves the cycle untouched. Some women need missing support. Others need a transformed worldview. That is why the Pro Abundant Life response includes both family and discipleship. Read the full article because it explains why these are not “other issues” at all. They are central to saving this baby and future babies too. hubs.ly/Q04bg0tc0

Nearly 5,000 donors. 10 years of internal documents. One Supreme Court case. First Choice v. Platkin could determine how pregnancy centers and nonprofits defend themselves against government subpoenas. The question: can they challenge these actions in federal court? The answer could impact free speech and donor privacy nationwide. Read the full article to see why this case matters far beyond New Jersey. hubs.ly/Q04b9jXP0

A U.S. Supreme Court case could impact pregnancy centers nationwide. In First Choice v. Platkin, a New Jersey pregnancy center is challenging a subpoena demanding donor identities and years of internal documents. The Court isn’t deciding the subpoena itself—but whether the case can be challenged in federal court. Why it matters: the decision could affect free speech, donor privacy, and how faith-based nonprofits operate across the country. Read the full article to understand what’s at stake—and why this case could have national implications. hubs.ly/Q04b0MQs0

She knows what she believes. But in a moment of crisis, she feels alone. Care Net research shows many abortion-vulnerable women are already in church. But isolation still shapes decisions. Because knowledge isn’t enough when fear and pressure take over. That’s why the mission is discipleship—not just persuasion. Read the full article to see how moving from isolation to community can change outcomes. hubs.ly/Q049TdBW0

That’s why pregnancy centers are expanding fatherhood programs—now reaching 78% of Care Net–affiliated centers. Programs like Doctor Dad® are helping men step into their role, leading to stronger relationships and healthier families. Many abortion-vulnerable women aren’t far from faith—they’re in church. Care Net research shows more than half of women who have abortions identify as Christians, and 4 in 10 were attending church regularly at the time. The issue isn’t just what people believe. It’s whether they feel supported enough to live it out. That’s why the mission isn’t just influencing decisions—it’s making disciples. Real change happens when people are known, supported, and walking in community, not isolation. Read the full article to understand why discipleship—not just arguments—is the Church’s most powerful response. hubs.ly/Q049zG_X0

Then the doctor asked, “Are you sure this is what you want?” She walked out. After calling a Care Net Pregnancy Decision Line coach, she found support, practical help, and a connection to a local pregnancy center. Read the full story to see how pressure, pause, and support changed her path—and why these moments matter. hubs.ly/Q049nM3N0

Fathers are the most overlooked influence in pregnancy decisions—and the most important. Care Net research found men are the #1 influence, yet 31% gave no advice when asked. That’s why pregnancy centers are expanding fatherhood programs, growing from 56% to 78% of centers in just one year. Programs like Doctor Dad® are equipping men with mentorship and support, leading to stronger relationships, fewer repeat unplanned pregnancies, and healthier families. Read the full article to understand why engaging fathers is one of the most strategic ways to strengthen families long-term. hubs.ly/Q049fy1n0

“The beautiful chaos of a mother’s heart.” Jessie Buckley’s Oscar speech highlighted a different perspective on motherhood—one that embraces both its challenges and its meaning. Her message stands in contrast to a broader cultural narrative where motherhood is sometimes framed as a barrier to success. Instead, Buckley spoke about tenderness, strength, and the desire to become a mother despite fear. Read the full article to explore the contrast in perspectives and why this moment matters in today’s cultural conversation. hubs.ly/Q0493Y1W0

A former Planned Parenthood building in Springfield, Ohio is being transformed into a place of life. After years of praying about expanding their outreach to a neighborhood with higher abortion rates and transportation barriers, the Pregnancy Resource Clinic of Clark County acquired the facility after it unexpectedly closed. Today volunteers are praying over the building and preparing it to serve families with ultrasounds, parenting education, and gospel-centered support. Read the full article and watch the Care Net TV episode to see how God is expanding hope through this ministry. hubs.ly/Q048TnQG0

“Are you sure this is what you want?” That question changed everything for Genna. Sitting in an abortion clinic, overwhelmed and under pressure from her partner, she didn’t feel confident in her decision. The day before, she had told a Care Net Pregnancy Decision Line coach that she didn’t want an abortion—but felt like she had no choice. When the doctor asked that question, Genna paused—and walked away. She called her coach again. This time, she found support, practical help, and a plan. She was connected to a pregnancy center and began preparing for what was next. Read the full story to see how one conversation, one question, and one moment of courage changed everything—and why support matters so much in these decisions. hubs.ly/Q048CtN30

Chemical abortions now account for roughly two-thirds of abortions in the U.S. Two recent developments are fueling a national debate: • A billboard campaign promoting abortion pill reversal was rejected in Idaho. • New legislation introduced by Sen. Josh Hawley would ban the abortion drug mifepristone. New research suggests complication rates may be significantly higher than previously reported. Read the full article to see why these events are shaping the national conversation about abortion pills and women’s health. hubs.ly/Q048sfJN0

At the Oscars, Jessie Buckley used her acceptance speech to celebrate something rarely highlighted on that stage: motherhood. After winning Best Actress for Hamnet, she dedicated her award to “the beautiful chaos of a mother’s heart,” honoring her husband and young daughter. Her perspective stands in contrast to a broader Hollywood narrative that often frames motherhood as a barrier to success. Instead, Buckley spoke about the tenderness, strength, and joy of being a mom—while continuing to pursue her career. Two major flashpoints are fueling debate over abortion pills. • A billboard campaign promoting abortion pill reversal was rejected in Idaho. • Senator Josh Hawley introduced legislation targeting the abortion drug mifepristone. Chemical abortions now account for roughly two-thirds of abortions in the U.S., and new research suggests complication rates may be significantly higher than reported. The issue is quickly becoming one of the most contested fronts in the national abortion debate.
