@inssayn @dkayofficial_ Under Islamic law a technicality collapsing a court case (shahadah) doesn't write off a Companion's personal integrity or ability to narrate hadith (riwayah). Bukhari, Muslim and the vast consensus of classical scholars fully accepted his reliability. He didnt fabricate anything.

@hello_bell2 Male bias. Gendered notions come from hadith. Scholars like Ibn Arabi read Jannah descriptions as metaphor communicating divine reality through 7th century male vocab. Depends on how much you weigh narrations over divine revelation. In the Quran “hur” is a gender-neutral plural!

@hello_bell2 Human intimacy isn’t a spiritual defect. Some get to experience it, others don’t, it can be a blessing or it can be a lesson. If a man uses carnal desires to live a life of fantasy and lust, is that even human connection? His own void. But Allah’s love remains most fulfilling.
