@GenoVeno73 You’re only missing one thing, the very picture you posted right next to the video, you may want to go back and read that, it will explain why Nancy Pelosi is in fact in charge of the security of the capital.

For some ignorant reason, every MAGA moron seems to think that Nancy Pelosi was in charge of Capitol security on January 6th. NEWSFLASH: No she wasn't. 1) U.S Capitol Police Chief Steven Sund testified that Pelosi was not involved in the decisions made ahead of January 6th regarding the National Guard. 2) Nancy Pelosi doesn't have the power, nor authority, to block an order from the President of the United States — who is commander-in-chief over the D.C National Guard. Donald Trump falsely claimed he ordered the National Guard to be deployed to the Capitol. Something even his own Secretary of Defense, Christopher Miller, said "there was no order" from Trump. 3) In the video below, U.S Capitol Police Chief Steven Sund, said he was restricted National Guard resources by Trump's own Secretary of Defense, Christopher Miller TWO DAYS BEFORE the insurrection. He did NOT say Nancy Pelosi - but Trump's own Secretary of Defense. (WATCH VIDEO) 4) U.S Capitol Police Chief Steven Sund also testified that he requested assistance SIX TIMES ahead of and during the attack on the Capitol. Each of those requests was denied or delayed. 5) Pelosi was not in charge of Capitol security for this simple reason: UNDER FEDERAL LAW, per - - 2 U.S. Code § 1901a 2 U.S. Code § 1961 The 4-member Capitol Police Board is in charge of Capitol security and has been since 1873. This is not debatable... IT IS FEDERAL LAW. But, of course, MAGA morons will still debate it bcos they're stupid. (READ EXCERPT)

@realfritzfritz @swedesix @NateForUtah Let’s look at it from a farming perspective, when I candle an egg from a chicken, and I see an embryo forming, I put the egg in an incubator and I do everything I can to get that egg to hatch a chick. If that chick doesn’t survive… I’ve lost a chicken. Regardless the “stages”.

@swedesix @NateForUtah You told us there are no subtle distinctions so I thought you had the answer. Some say an embryo, some say a fetus but I would say probably at around 25 weeks. Utah uses 18 weeks.

I’m ready to move out of Utah for real now. No matter what the people do, the senate is going to pass HB215 & I cannot stand to be here in 2024 when these people are re-elected.

@CephalonBlack @MrSolomonster @Eagle_eye_m16 @mattxiv Wow, yes if you committed a justifiable homicide, on anyone, and the courts say it was justified, just like the case of Kyle. You would be good. However, again, just because someone kills another that does not make them a murderer.

@MrSolomonster @Eagle_eye_m16 @mattxiv You need to learn the English language the fact that he killed someone does NOT make him a murderer. And law is all we have, so yes it has to be legally proven.
