A5 We used a course in the LMS for Ts to discuss, submit documentation, and stay in contact virtually. Also lets Ts go back to what they’ve accomplished as a record #INeLearn

A4: Regular get-togethers, like once a month, over lunch. I used to do brown-bags with a speaker or a special topic related to our goals for the year #INeLearn

A3: I used a mentorship approach and teamed up faculty with mentors already doing high impact practices. They worked 1-on-1 to put together goals and a plan over the course of a year, and I facilitated the process #INeLearn

R2: last year we did an official “New Year’s Resolution” challenge...Ts set goals and coaches were there to support them in meeting those goals. There was a reward for those who followed through. #INeLearn

A2: Baby steps are key - little victories lead to bigger ones and empower T’s to take risks and try new things. A mindful personalized plan for PD is important #INeLearn
