Athy Youth Project's recent music program fundraiser was a huge success 🎼 It featured the talented young musicians from our project, the @officialiymas hub. Thanks to the generosity of our community, we've raised vital funds for our music programme. 😁

The first gathering of @ywirl's Integration Network took place this week, where Joyce & Dave represented In Sync. The group shared best practices & challenges in integration youth work & looked at how we can support young migrants & their families settle into Irish communities.

In Sync had Laura & Jane from chilljill.ie in to deliver a bespoke workshop to In Sync employees on Menopause. We want to be a menopause friendly organisation & their workshop has given us all a better understanding of how to support someone going through menopause.

Our family support worker in the Bridge Project recently organised a parent self-care trip. 😄 They brought a group of mams to Killashee Spa for a spa morning. Everyone got a treatment done and spent time in the relaxation room and hydrotherapy pool.
