May 19-20, 2026: Ten-A-Day Challenge Another combo day. Man, I am wore out... Spent 1hr 40mins at the gym tonight. Normally, I just do cardio. Today, I was pushed to my limits and did a TON of arm workouts. Burned over 900 calories for the day. Thanks for the support as always. See y’all tomorrow! 💪🏻💚
