Every frontier lab on the planet is building intelligence on a foundation they do not control, in a country they cannot influence, on an island they could not defend. No wafers shipped across the Pacific. No six-month tape-out cycles. No single point of geopolitical failure sitting in the Taiwan Strait. Total vertical sovereignty over silicon.
