i've stopped using claude code on my cli. i've been daily driving hermes (@NousResearch) and @composio for anything wrt connectors. if you're a claude power user and spent $200> on subscriptions please consider switching. i've gotten my API bills to around $250/m (still experimenting - will get it lower) - wrt my mobile setup i try to keep it extremely minimal, i daily drive poke (@interaction) :)

Honest AEO update. Google just published a doc that quietly killed half the AEO industry. Link: developers.google.com/search/docs/fu… The summary: AEO and GEO are still SEO. You can ignore llms.txt, content chunking, AI-specific markup, FAQ schema gymnastics, and most of what consultants are selling you for AI Overviews. Three things every marketer should internalize: 1/ For Google AI Overviews and AI Mode, the lever hasn’t changed. Rank in the top 10. Answer the question cleanly in the first 60 words. Be a real entity across the open web. That’s it. The “hacks” don’t move the needle. 2/ This only applies to Google. ChatGPT drives 87% of AI referral traffic and doesn’t run on Google’s index. Perplexity weights freshness. Claude prefers depth. Optimizing for these is a different problem, and Google’s doc says nothing about it. 3/ The category didn’t die. It got narrower. The real work isn’t markup. It’s becoming the source an answer engine reaches for when it synthesizes a response on your topic. That’s an authority and content quality problem, not a technical one. What this means in practice: If your AEO budget this quarter is going to schema audits and llms.txt files, you’re optimizing for tactics Google just told you to ignore. If it’s going to better content, clearer answers, real expertise on the page, and presence across the platforms your buyers actually use, you’re early. Most teams will spend 2026 chasing the first list. The teams that win will quietly do the second.

i use click up for task management i have a Claude task that runs everyday when i start work to give me the task list for the day and meetings it has my work philosophy baked in, so it creates a good daily plan that keeps me organised and hitting outcomes as a lazy guy, i love it
