$100B liquidity is required to give 1 billion people self-custodial lightning. that's what spark fixes.
watch if you're interested in:
- why lightning alone can't enable self-custody at scale

The world is tokenizing everything.
T-bills, real estate, credit, bonds.
RWA's just hit an all-time high.
Every fortnight a new headline about institutions bringing rwas onto the blockchain. The world is changing in real time and honestly it felt exciting.
BTC holders are sitting on the most liquid, accessing RWAs with native Bitcoin felt nearly impossible without,
> Wrapping your BTC
> Giving it to a custodian
> Hoping the bridge doesn't get exploited
I didn't have a plan. I just wanted to solve my own problem. I started digging into what actually existed for cross-chain BTC infrastructure and that's when I found @gardenfi.
"GardenFi RWA Bridge" a trustless, non-custodial access to real-world assets, straight from native BTC.
The foundation is @gardenfi, and choosing it wasn't arbitrary. Garden is a cross-chain Bitcoin bridge built on atomic swaps and HTLCs, the most battle-tested trustless settlement primitives in crypto. The guarantee is simple: your swap either completes fully or reverts. No third party ever holds your BTC. No wrapped tokens. No multisig risk. $2B+ in swaps settled. For something moving BTC into RWAs, this wasn't optional, it was the baseline.
Garden runs on an intent-based architecture, the same philosophy winning across DeFi right now. User express what they want, fillers compete to execute it trustlessly, in ~30 seconds. No locking assets into a contract and hoping for the best. Built by @jazgulati, @nsusruth, @interopdude and team, who understand Bitcoin interoperability at a level most teams don't.
Their intent-based architecture was the last piece that convinced me. You don't lock your assets somewhere and pray. You say what you want, the network figures out how to execute it,
So built GardenFi RWA Bridge on top of it.
The flow is simple: your native BTC goes in, Garden handles the cross-chain settlement through atomic swaps, and on the other side your position lands in the RWA asset of your choice. No custodian in the middle. No wrapping. Just BTC holders finally having a seat at the table.
Bitcoin represents $1T+ in capital sitting largely idle, not because holders don't want yield, but because there's been no safe path in. RWA protocols need deep, trusted liquidity to scale.

rn the app supports stablecoin and xstocks on Arbitrum.
scaling it soon to Solana and L2s
Would love to hear feedback, bugs, ideas, all welcome.

@interopdude think about it, a weekly round up stream where marketers demo their agents/bots.

this picture tells the story of the gap between the hyperbole of ai promise that is being pushed vs the reality
i've been working on building a fully agentic marketing team from all the guides on X, but the costs dont seem to correlate the output so well, atleast atm
a friend uses two $200 Claude max accounts to run 4 agentic team, with hardcoded daily limits because these agents can theoretically talk forever, leading to busy work, and not necessarily create valuable output
my take here is that we have to take all the commentary on ai use with two pinches of salt
we also have to remember that the compute we are getting for a $10 Claude plan is actually worth $5000. these prices gonna go up sooner or later, unless the hardware upgrades to the demand.

@interopdude I think it would help if people remembered they are Large LANGUAGE Models. No wonder they yap a lot and can't do much.

Excited to share that I’m joining @ArkLabsHQ!
Ark Labs is building @arkade_os, a new protocol for building stablecoins & other financial products on Bitcoin while leveraging its security guarantees
After a year working in stablecoin payroll, this feels like a natural next step
Ark Labs@ArkLabsHQ
Ark Labs raised $5.2M to build programmable finance on Bitcoin, with participation from @Tether, @EgoDeathCapital, @anchorage & others. The largest, most liquid digital asset gets the programmable infrastructure modern financial applications require, starting with stablecoins.

@kunalvg @eigencloud congrats man!
excited to see what you cook up there

I am joining @eigencloud as India Ecosystem Lead.
India missed the Y2K software boom as a consumer.
We built the pipes. Ran the ops. But never owned the products.
AI is the second chance. And I want to make sure we don't miss it this time.
I've spent the last year inside builder communities. Hackathons. Conversations. Watching people ship with nothing but curiosity and conviction.
The talent is here. The hunger is here. What's missing is the right infrastructure and the right stage.
EigenCloud is building digital institutions for the agentic era. The infrastructure that didn't exist until now.
True to their ethos of open innovation, we will have multiple builder programs running throughout the year. Starting very soon.
On a personal note, I get to work with people I've genuinely looked up to.
@sreeramkannan has inspired me in more ways than I can put into words.
Years of watching @0xpratik. Learning from him. Trying to become him. Now I get to work with him.
Getting to work with @gajesh again in a completely different setting. He was my boss once, now I get a front-row seat to push his heroics even further across the ecosystem.
Also looking forward to working with the amazing Eigen team: @vishnu_patankar, @jt_rose, @0xkydo, @soubhik_deb, and team.
I'll be on the ground. Building community. Running events. Finding builders shipping quietly and giving them the stage they deserve.
If you are building with AI, DMs are open. Let's talk.
The future belongs to India.
We just have to show up and build it.

some thoughts from @nsusruth on building products in the AI age:
- the question every technical team should be asking right now is "how do we design AI centric systems?". projects that are designed with the understanding that they're not written by a human. these systems will be much easier to extend/maintain in the long run
- a strong technical team should be able to build any product in the world with 3-4 people
- with AI, you want big picture thinkers on your team, not just hackers or prototypers. people who understand systems deeply. people who can see a product and clearly articulate how it was built. like a chef who can taste any dish and tell you every ingredient
- AI isn't the silver bullet that people think it is, but it's an extremely powerful tool that will let you build things that were previously constrained to your imagination
- it is the absolute best tool for teams who are truly customer obsessed
- since integrating AI into our workflows, it's become clear that garden (and products that adopt it properly) will be far more successful because of it than without
lots more insights here. might do a full article if it's of interest
