catching up here: 1/ yes, site / landing page has gone thru an embarassing number of iterations as we try to dial in marketing. Brevity is the soul of wit and all that, and feedback I've gotten from my marketing guy is that even though the product is advanced and uses literally 93 data points every minute in its algos, the selling points need to be clear rather than complex 2/ yes, live data is on the site now. I hope this is an an indicator of progress and not hot air/noise/whatever 3/ I was offline the last few days when my computer decided to crap out, got a brand new one and making up for lost time 4/ re: staking. it's literally completely ready, but as I am battle testing the actual trading execution infra, I feel that while allowing people to stake might demonstrate significant progress to some, it might also serve to infuriate others who feel they are now 'locked up' without any immediate product. Since I am so close to actual launch, my goal now is to have staking + first wave access at the same time 5/ the recent rebound has been excessively news-based rather than liquidation/PA based as it pertains to my algorithms (we are invading Iran for those living under a rock) and I am tweaking the significance of news impact + semantic analysis to adjust for this new market regime 6/ I have overhauled strategy customization to account for different risk preferences, there will be granular support for all types of knobs and risk tolerances as they pertain to both short and long preferences, willingness to tolerate predicted "chop" (i.e. algo thinks the market may range for a bit, how willing are you to hold during that time rather than wait),a nd a few other things. I'll show the UI on the X account shortly 7/ I am implementing one more strategy that I'll just share the nitty gritty of, secrets be damned, since you guys are all so patient: I've used ML to take liquidation 'intensity' (a property based off of amount of long/short going to be liquidated, the rate at which they are liquidated once the liquidation cascade begins, and a few other thigns) and predict when and by how much it will rebound and actually place a limit order in the OTHER direction to catch the rebound. These trades last literally 30sec-2min but are incredibly powerful and this is actually one of the most reliable algos I've developed because it's based on hard math on a shorter timeframe and hte ability to see orders onchain/in order books versus trying to speculate about longer timeframes based on prior trends. Accordingly, latency is a huge constraint/concern for this strategy so I have had to scaffold additional infrastructure just to host this strategy Anyways, I appreciate everyone's patience and I hope you can understand why staking isn't live RIGHT THIS SECOND. If people truly prefer (perhaps react with a steak emoji if you do), i can open it up with messaging saying that this does NOT guarantee immediate access to anyone and perhaps give an NFT to those willing to stake at that point. In any event, things are progressing well, especially on my new laptop which makes rapid iteraiton MUCH easier and I appreciate everyone's patience and support

Transparency update: Completed our on-chain governance smoke run and queued a small time-locked test config proposal (+2 seconds cooldown, hope you guys can handle that) to validate operational readiness for $TRENCH staking. Core policy remains: - 3-day default cooldown (don't anticipate ever changing this) - 5-day time-lock on config proposals (so you would be able to withdraw within 3 days if you don't like the config change) - 14-day max cooldown hard cap (so there is never a chance of lockup being more than 14 days -- again, don't anticipate changing from 3) - upgrades remain under multi-sig governance for a 1-year hardening window (after 1 year, config change becomes impossible) This is exactly why we test in public: clear audit trail, no hidden state changes. I have not finalized anything re: payment, as the infra demands aren’t completely concrete yet as I tweak things and hopefully make them more efficient. Trying to strike a balance between self cloud hosted local models and frontier models while maintaining signal quality. Stay tuned.

Perps will be a separate subscription in order to cover the costs of compute and low latency infrastructure. I need to make sure this service (and TB) is at least break even so we can be around in the long run. Still very rough around the edges so it’s not quite out yet.
