Höhere Strafen und weniger Relativierungen wären angebracht. Folgende Sätze sollten neu gedacht werden: „Bedenken Sie das Täter meist auch mal Opfer waren und wir das Verhalten erst einmal einordnen müssen.“ Warum gibt es eigentlich Opfer, die nicht zu Tätern wurden? Was unterscheidet einen „Opfer wird zum Tätermenschen“ vom „Opfer wird nicht zum Tätermenschen?“ Wie erhöht man die Motivation der Letzteren nicht zur Tat zu greifen? Ich vermute, dass dies nicht durch relativierende Kuschel Einheiten gefördert werden kann. Das wäre doch mal was, die Fördermittel für die Kindesmissbrauchsbekämpfung einzusetzen und landesweite Kampagnen zu starten? An dieser Stelle wäre der Big Brother wünschenswert. Ich präzisiere, an dieser Stelle. Dazu braucht nicht jeder eine digitale ID.
