February 2026 Schwab trading account progress update +36.08% YTD: 👇
1) Goal at the beginning of this month was to continue consistency and $500/week target.
2) Made some adjustments to my strategy which enabled me to scale almost immediately at the beginning of the month.
3) Ended the month with a high week gain of $2581.80. No real issues during the month, so I will continue the same into March. Specifically, I'll be concentrating now on improving efficiency of my existing strategy in use, which may allow for continued upward momentum.

January 2026 First Month (New) Schwab Trading Account: 👇 -( Posting the progress on this account to show 1 perspective of what's possible trading. This is Month 1 of this account) - Deposited $2,500 to see how I like trading using TOS (last time I used it briefly was, many years ago). Traded small due to account size and PDT rules thru 1/22/26. - The goal with this account was to see if I like using TOS, if so, then target ~$100/week, and slowly scale. - Deposited another $22,500 to get out of 'PDT Jail' and trade more throughout the day. Funds cleared 1/23/26. 1st goal/target of $100/week achieved. - The new goal (per original plan to scale) was to target ~ $50/day. - Finished last week of the month well over $50/day target. Will trade next month with ~$100/day goal and see how the month progresses. - Moving forward, the goal with this account is 1) consistency 2) $500/week. - All trading is and will be credit spreads in this account for the time being. No plans to change what's working

Spent this morning and the end of last week rebalancing
No brand new entries, but strategic adding to existing holdings
I used to share my exact entries with everyone, until people started YOLO following me into positions, without doing any of their own research, after I make a 1% entry 💀
It freaked me out tbh
So I’m gate keeping exact entries/exits to the sub, where at least people see the reasoning, research, thought process and positioning that goes into my investing decisions 👍

Month 16 is in the books.
January marks my 8th profitable month of my last 10.
+7R; $1069 for the month.
The goal for this year is to scale starting with only 1 $50k XFA.
I want to keep my cost at an absolute minimum and use profits to scale into more accounts.
The goal is to turn this into 5 $150k XFAs by summer.

The 13 mile loop around town-lake now has a safe pedestrian access walkway at the Pleasant Valley bridge.

Austin TX is now back to pre-pandemic apartment rents. Down 21% from peak in summer of 2022. $1,636/month --> $1,288/month (I'm now even seeing 2BRs in some apartments at sub-$1,000) This rental correction is due to a sharp drop in migration/demand, combined with a surge of new apartment development. At this point, Austin has its cheapest rents on record relative to income.
