@ThePhDPlace I picked up a new sport and found it blocks out all PhD stress.🛼 That's 2 hrs of healthy distraction w/ non-academic friends. I'm learning something new, getting stronger, & mentally challenging myself. It's a good balance reminder (i.e., don't fall, don't give up)!
