Farmers that start to consider alternative rotational crops now, like industrial hemp, will be better prepared to handle future volatility in the commodity markets. With hemp’s use as a carbon-negative natural fiber and plant-based protein, the demand will continue to grow 🌱

The maiden voyage. Today, we are taking the dual-cut combine out to our Henola fields in North Dakota. This is the first hemp harvest using this equipment on American soil. The dual-cut combine creates more value for growers and reduces greenhouse gas emissions. Let's grow 🌱

We thoroughly enjoy learning about hemp genetics. We had a great opportunity to expand our knowledge base last month. when we toured fields and trials with leading hemp genetics researchers at @cornelluniversity. The more we know, the better we grow 🌱

A pre-harvest update from our seed production fields in southeastern Colorado. The variety is Carmenecta, an Italian fiber variety. Thank you to our partners and farmers for helping us commercialize this high-yielding, AOSCA certified, THC-compliant fiber variety 🌱

As you can see, our Carmenecta variety flourishes in Pennsylvania. This was taken during the 2022 Penn State University industrial hemp trial field day on August 16th. Carmenecta was bred at 44° North latitude & is well acclimated to latitudes in the southern tier of the U.S.
