There are 2 ways to experience an audit. 1: a tense few days of pulling info, chasing reports & hoping everythings there. 2: someone asks for evidence & you send it straight away. Same standards & scrutiny. Very different feeling. #Compliance confidence is there or it isn't.

3 months after go-live is the real test of #digitaltransformation. Not whether the system works. Whether anyone is still using it. The drift back to old habits is rarely dramatic. It's a paper form. A spreadsheet. A workaround. The fix is asking a better question from the start.

Before your next #digitaltransformation rollout answer these honestly: Does the new process make work easier? Will a busy worker choose this over the old way? Is evidence captured during the task, or admin after? If any answers are unclear, you need to relook at the project.

Before you spend any budget on AI, answer these honestly: 1. Are jobs executed the same way everytime? 2. Is data captured during the task or filled in later? 3. Can you trace AI recommendation back to a specific task? If not, the project won't deliver. #AIReady

#AIReady companies didn't start by asking "when do we adopt AI?" They're asked "Can we trust what it tells us?" Because AI doesn't fix what's broken in your operation - it inherits it. Inconsistent processes. Data filled in after the job. Tasks with no traceable record.

Everyone's talking about #AIstrategy But very few are asking the harder question: Are we operationally ready to trust what AI tells us? AI doesn't fix inconsistent operations — it amplifies them. Data governance, traceability & work execution matter more than the algorithm.
