Congratulations to Dason Drueke! The @NMSJags student recently won top honors at the Invention Convention hosted by the @UofAlabama for his innovative project titled “The Spin and Find.” This creative pencil pouch features multiple storage sections, allowing students to organize pens, pencils, and markers into separate compartments for quicker, easier access. Dayon began the process by surveying fellow students about their experiences with traditional pencil pouches to explore ideas for improvement. Through trial and error, he developed a unique wheel design that spins for easy access — combining creativity, problem-solving, and practical design. An impressive accomplishment for such a young inventor and entrepreneur! Way to go, Dason! #NorthridgeMiddle #StudentSuccess #YoungInventor #Innovation #FutureEntrepreneur #RollTide #TCSLearns #MakingADifference @MikeDaria @tidecam @JamiRainey @bamaEMW @TheSabanCenter @RyanBK23 @UASTEMCREATEMBA @Trish_Crain @wvua23 @TuscaloosaPatch @tuscaloosanews
