I strongly believe that @QuarkusIO is also a game changer for Platform Engineering. Yesterday it took me literally 15 minutes to build from scratch a k8s operator while still beneficing from the developer experience (like running the operator locally, having the CRD generated and applied at each save etc ...). Exciting times !

Around 40:00 in the video, there's a really nice example of using ChatGPT to generate sample data ... and @iocanel has made a quarkus plugin to make the process even easier.

Every once in a while I encounter #java cli related code. Sometimes my eye catches this: `org.fusesource.jansi.AnsiConsole`. Now that's something that puts a smile on my face.

Sweet. @iocanel has just explained that if you use Quinoa (which handles the javascript and Java parts of a frontend-backend app), and then compile Quarkus to a native executable, you have a single natively-fast binary that also embeds your react.js front end. #VoxxedAthens
