ZZZ lore is a hidden jem, many dismiss the game over it's fan service but people need to separate it from the writing of the game.
The game has really interesting and deep lore if you look for it, the story also directly goes into it at several occasions too.

I'm not a ZZZ doomer or anything, but man I don't think it's even possible to argue that the game is losing its unique aesthetic. You can tell immediately from S1 poster that the game takes place in somewhat modern setting and that each character's design is inspired by their profession or fashion sense. A cop, a maid, a modern gal, a butler. Meanwhile the only thing I can tell by looking at S3 characters is that they're from a gacha game. I cannot tell what region they're from, what their profession is, nothing. Hell man, replace Belle and Wise with Genshin's protagonists and no one would bat an eye.

i don't think zzz devs realize that if every character has so much fanservice it gets boring as fuck,,, there needs to be variety, and taking characters who were already shown with amazing, non fanservice designs and redesigning them as fan service makes them look like shit

i think one of the reason ppl put it under genshin is cuz we don’t really have a clear timeline (in genshin we go nation to nation) so they are less “hyped” for the next planet
