@iombank I’ve banked with them for 45+ years and @iombank is a constant source of frustration Amy! I recently went in to change £200 of Manx notes to English (again for my kids). I had to pay it into my account and then withdraw it. Where were your AML rules then?

Baffled that you can’t open bank accounts for 14 year old daughters. They don’t have ID or address verification so they have to go into the branch in person. Tell me @iombank how does that give you any comfort as to who they are? Not a risk base approach but ticking a box!

@iombank Setting up an account online is so easy it's like pulling teeth. I'm an ex IT engineer and I struggled. Page constantly reloading. Loads of Oops messages. Different formats in date fields. Sometimes they want a / between dates and sometimes a -.
