@ipsiom You’re preaching to the choir here brotha. There are outliers and people that are doing neat stuff but all of it seems to be drowned out by “hip hop vocal over saw bass”-core haha.

@MACKYdubzz I could write a whole entire essay on this subject. There are still some amazing people and musicians that don’t get recognized but in this algorithm age, it’s only getting worse. The stuff that does well is bootlegs with tags to get clicks. Intent of creation matters

@MACKYdubzz I go through this too but then I listen to the stuff that got me into bass music in the first place and it still has the magic for me. People didn’t produce back then with the intent of getting booked within a year, that never happened. People created for the love of it
