@IPSY I cancelled my subscription earlier today, after trying out the free bag literally earlier this week, and hours later I was charged despite cancelling it. Not even on the 26th, the same day I cancelled. Help!

I wanted to check out my subscription billing history for @IPSY but GUESS WHAT! It isn't available anywhere on their website according to their AI help bot! This is really ridiculous and maybe borderline fraudulent.
