Please file RTI asking SC why they have put all those documents in cold storage. I was shown the entire set of documents and CD by an officer of Gujarat govt. BJP minister Kapil Mishra openly read out from them in the Delhi Assembly while he was @AAP MLA. Modi ji did not challenge those documents. Instead he ensured Kapil Mishra's silence by getting him to join BJP! But don't worry more and more proofs will come tumbling out from Modi ji's own closet. FCRA Amendment Bill 2026
विदेशी फंडिंग, NGOs और कंट्रोल… मुद्दा बड़ा है, असर उससे भी बड़ा।
सरकार कहती है -
ये बिल “misuse” रोकने के लिए है।
₹22,000 करोड़ की विदेशी फंडिंग…
16,000 NGOs… जवाबदेही तो बनती है।
सरकार का तर्क साफ है:
• पारदर्शिता बढ़ानी है
• नेशनल सिक्योरिटी से No समझौता
• अगर FCRA लाइसेंस रद्द होता है, तो संपत्ति पर भी नज़र रखना ज़रूरी
यानी सिर्फ पैसे पर नहीं… पूरे सिस्टम पर निगरानी।
कांग्रेस और लेफ्ट कह रहे हैं:
• ये “कंट्रोल बिल” है, सुधार नहीं
• सिविल सोसायटी को दबाने की कोशिश
• NGOs और अल्पसंख्यक संस्थाओं को निशाना बनाया जा सकता है…
वक़्त-वक़्त पर दिखा है कि विदेशी फंडिंग सिर्फ पैसा नहीं होता
