There are certain vaginal laser treatments that offer legitimately interesting benefits. I only mean to say that offering vaginal lasers without offering vaginal estrogen 1st would be like a dermatologist offering laser Tx without first discussing sunscreen.

If you have prediabetes or type 2 diabetes, you should NEVER accept it & you should do everything you can to reverse it & not be on medications. It all starts & ends with what you eat. Anything short of that is gambling with your life & asking for premature sickness & death.

@drericwestman This fact reversed my T2 diabetes in 3 months. It’s now 2 years later & I’m still in remission. 🙏

More crazy training-related memories: Remembering going from Singapore to Manila on a VLCC (= by ship!) as prep for courses for Captains and Chief engineers of oil tankers. Ship was delayed - v. stressful as I had a course in Poland to give.
