This system will either push me to actually found an indie studio or switch my profession. I feel so cheated and scammed. Spending my years polishing this craft and this is the result. We can’t even find a job while the gaming industry is booming with money…

Also ALL of the open positions are looking for seniors and leads. Even the junior positions require 3 years of experience. Wtf are these people expecting to happen when all of these seniors retire and aren’t able to transfer their knowledge to the new generation? Fuck this system
