5 days without internet PLDT Home. CS asked me if I’d like a bill adjustment for the days na walang internet (which I don’t need) or a free data last Tuesday. I chose free data kasi need ko internet, obviously for work, and they said it will take 24hrs para ma process.@PLDT_Cares

How pathetic. Asked for a supervisor tapos inend na yung chat haha how incompetent.

I’ve been following up for 5 consecutive days sa internet and 2 days sa free data. No connection yet, pa dispatch pa lang as today (hopefully). Grabe, tapos hindi niyo man lang macredit inoffer niyo within the timeframe that you have provided? @PLDTHome
