🧤 Areola v Hermansen 🧤 Just weeks ago we were talking about how Alphonse Areola has been one of the very few players keeping West Ham competitive this season. He was making Big saves & having Big moments. Then, out of nowhere, he’s dropped. Hermansen comes in against Burnley and keeps a Clean sheet, His 2nd of the season and Now two more clean sheets than Areola But here’s where it gets interesting. When Hermansen played earlier in the season, he looked nervous . A bit shaky, A bit unsure. And even against Burnley despite the clean sheet and some good saves there were moments where he didn’t look entirely comfortable. So now we’re at a real crossroads. Areola 🇫🇷 has been performing under relentless pressure week after week. Hermansen 🇩🇰 stepped in, done his job, but still carries question marks. And Tuesday night isn’t Burnley. It’s a confident Manchester United side under the lights. So what do you do? Do you go with the keeper who’s already proven he can survive when the pressure is relentless? Or do you reward the clean sheet and hope confidence grows? Who starts in goal on Tuesday Areola or Hermansen?
