@googlecloud Student developer here. My project was charged ~₹15,600 for Earth Engine premium tiers subscription fee (enabled during testing), never used it. I closed the billing account and can't access billing support. Can someone advise how to request a billing review?

@JioCare Okay you asked me to wait, i waited , now it's 17th of May today, and still no response from the JIO Team, no updates, what to do now? And don't tell me to go and check updates on the app or on the toll free number, i did that, and no response from there. Such bad service.

@JioCare @reliancejio 1. This is unacceptable. I booked Jio AirFiber on 8th May and paid Rs. 1111, but as of 15th may, got no response from them, I tried reaching customer service but it is an automated call and doesn't connect me to the jio representative.

@JioCare but engineers already visited my site via booking from my other number, so if you can't install the device then give me my refund, i want refund of rs 1111 payment i made, which you gave me as voucher, it's of no use.

5. Now I'm fed up with this poor service from jio, plus, no customer care contact support, i just want to cancel my bookings and i want my refund. Also you they gave me rs 1111 voucher worth my payment to install new device, what would i do with it if it doesn't support, refund

4. Note: Poor jio services at my location, so they made me pay 500 rs again for activating free 50 days offer, but after failed installation engineer said we are putting your request on hold, and I don't know anything about refund.

3. Now after being fed up i tried booking from another number, but this time I did not make payment, engineer called, visited to my site, saying now we don't install airfiber, we install C6 devices, which wasn't available in my location as they didn't find any nearest tower.

2. Now i tried reaching customer support on email, WhatsApp, calls, everywhere it's bots and even connecting to customer service they are saying please check your updates in the app, well i know that much where to look, where to track, but it's stuck at the same position.

@JioCare i don't want to install jiofiber anymore, very poor service, refund my rs 1111 paid while booking which was sent to me as a voucher, what will i do of device voucher if I can't install the device. No connection with customer service on given number + no updates in the app checked

@JioCare This is unacceptable. I booked Jio AirFiber on 8th May and paid Rs. 1111, but as of 12th May, I’ve received ZERO updates. For the last 3+ hours, I’ve been trying to reach a human representative — your email, helpline, and WhatsApp are all just bots. Very poor service.

@JioCare I've been tracking it, but it's always saying no slots available, i booked on 8th may, and got an appointment scheduled just after my booking, but did not get any message or call. I know all the processes, where to contact, WhatsApp number, email but bots every everywhere.
