It was a pleasure to get to know Tony Gabusi. I will miss the occasional text of him commenting on the matters of the day. I admire how he recently tried to elevate the Santa Rita athletic department as the AD. He also had a background of coaching baseball at Cienega, Salpointe, Cholla and Catalina as well as being an educator. He coached boys golf and baseball at Santa Rita when he was AD. Coached Catalina to the 2011 state title. Sad news of his passing. He leaves behind a loving daughter. RIP Coach Gabusi 🙏🏽
