@GowagsKyle Great idea. Might steal that for when we are waiting for the field to clear. I still would love for a broadcast feed that is a static view of the entire field so you can see what all players are doing. Close ups are good but you can’t see everything in motion.

@GowagsKyle @AdamMGrant When you know you don’t know the answer don’t spend time making something up that I need to spend time grading. Ask for a tiny push and see if you can go from there. Old: how much you got wrong….New: How much help did you need to get it right. Always end with everything right.

@GowagsKyle Encourage them to give it a test. Replace ‘smart’ with ‘fast’ and that was me thinking they were born that way. Glad I decided to test the theory to see if they ran the most in training because they were the fastest or if they were the fastest because they ran the most.
