Thank god his family survived this but it is terrifying for others who do not have these skills to act fast when ambos don’t show

This is nephew, Ethan. He was born unexpectedly and terrifyingly at home on Jan 2nd, struggling to breathe. My SIL had to perform CPR on him while my brother drove to the hospital as no ambulances were available. Any politician that says the health system is coping is a liar.
