Caseoftheday‼️Mitral valve repair in patient with extracardiac fontan (pulmonary valve atresia, hypoplastic RV and ASD). Fontan conduit was perforated with electrified wire and dilated with balloons to reach RA-LA-MV. New defect was closed with ASD device. @shci_sec @PCRonline
