@AstasiaMyers From my experience it’s also about asking the above questions in a way that cuts through the niceties - more often than not people say what they think you want to hear rather than the direct answer revealing what they actually think and feel!

Founders 🚨 When doing customer research make sure to ask about the 3 Ps! Priority → is this a top 3 problem for them? Pain → how bad is it, 1-10? Price → what would they pay to fix it and ROI? Ask these questions so you focus on something that gets you PAID! 💰💸🤑

just wrote out my 2025 highlights and, wow, it'll be a hard one to beat: work: > crushed it at yoodli jan - june (closed some massive logos im still super proud of) > started scaling the team with AI + Agents > decided to quit and build as solo founder > built a new product from scratch and closed first customers @ onepager > got my first office > shipped more than i have in my entire life personally: > ran my first triathalon > started playing soccer consistently again > traveled to: norway, argentina, switzerland, guatemala, skied chamonix france and valle nevado chile, and spent a month in india > spent more time w best friends than i have in years > made new friends that i love and cherish > healthier than 2024 by a mile but most importantly, i turned 26 and realized that every dream 18 yr old sharan had, i had accomplished ofc have a ton of new dreams, but man what an amazing feeling... and can only get better from here! thanks to the many of you on here who have been part of this year, endlessly grateful!
