Running all the way for Isha Vidhya! Brahmacharis and volunteers from Isha Foundation hit the ground running at the Bengaluru TCS Majja Run Marathon, coming together to raise funds for Isha Vidhya—an initiative dedicated to providing quality education to children in rural India.

Akash began competing in volleyball from Class 7 and also received free training from a senior sports director at a local club. His first win inspired him to keep improving. He loves the sport for its unpredictability and the tenacity and teamwork it builds.

Our students begin using computers in Class 3 to learn subjects such as basic math and digital drawing and then gradually progress to higher-level learning. At every step, an attentive teacher is present to hand-hold the students and assist them in becoming adept with computers.

To understand the water cycle, Class 5 students poured hot water into a jar and placed a dish with ice cubes over its mouth. They then keenly watched the water evaporate, tiny droplets condense on the underside of the dish, and heavier drops precipitate back into the jar.

Olympiad Winners Isha Vidhya Coimbatore students competed in an inter-school Olympiad with over 2,500 students from CBSE and international schools. In the final round, three Isha Vidhya students won prizes in Computer Science and Cyber Security and were among the top 10. Wow!

Winning Ideas Fourteen Isha Vidhya contestants won Rs. 10,000 for their innovative ideas at INSPIRE-MANAK, conducted by the Department of Science & Technology, Government of India. They competed with 11.47 lakh students and were among 2,336 winners from Tamil Nadu. Bravo!
