#RHOA’s Lisa Wu has been accused of defrauding her friend out of a home. TMZ obtained a Dekalb County, Georgia Police Report listing Norma Denise Mitchem as a victim of theft by deception from last November. Cops talked to Norma’s nephew who said Lisa & her boyfriend, Donald were involved in a scheme to defraud Norma out of a house. The Nephew said Lisa helped Norma acquire the home through an LLC, but was supposed to transfer the deed back to Norma after she cleared up a lien issue. The nephew says Lisa’s boyfriend, Donald never intended to give the home back to her. Lisa told TMZ: “For more than 30 years, I've built my career and reputation with integrity, professionalism, and hard work. I have absolutely no involvement in fraudulent activity of any kind, and the idea that I would be implicated simply because of people I know or professional relationships is preposterous." Lisa said Norma was a long time friend of hers who couldn’t qualify for the home, so she helped her acquire it. Lisa says Norma assured her she would be able to get the loan after closing. Lisa says Norma made a few payments & then ghosted her after saying she wouldn’t put the home in her son’s name, essentially squatting in the home. Norma says it’s true she couldn’t qualify for a loan, and accuses Lisa of buying the home & trying to sell it to her at a jacked up price. I feel terrible for some of these Uber drivers. This is why you can't get an Uber in hood. You get people that act like this and put this Uber driver though all this stress and drama. Credit to this Uber driver for not backing down. No surprise that immediately the threat of harm or car jacking comes into play. But the Uber driver was sharp enough to remind him that all of his personal information has already been shared with Uber when he opened his account. Getting that info to the police would be a snap. Sure mad the thug think twice about doing anything.
