4. Capital Gains, Investments & Withholding Tax (TDS/TCS)
Share Buybacks: The "deemed dividend" treatment is abolished. Buyback proceeds are now taxed strictly as capital gains, with a differential rate of 22% for corporate promoters and 30% for non-corporate promoters.
Sovereign Gold Bonds (SGBs): Tax exemption on redemption applies only to bonds purchased at the original issue. SGBs acquired in the secondary market will trigger capital gains tax.
Securities Transaction Tax (STT): STT on equity derivatives is hiked to 0.05% for futures and 0.15% for options.
Dividend & Mutual Fund Deductions: Income from dividends and mutual funds must be calculated without permitting any deduction for interest expenditure.
Simplified Single Declaration: Investors can now submit a single declaration to request non-deduction of tax across all their mutual fund units, dividends, and bonds.
Property TDS for NRIs: Resident buyers purchasing property from Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) can now deduct TDS using their own PAN, eliminating the need to obtain a TAN.
TCS Rationalization: Tax Collected at Source has been rationalized to a flat 2% for overseas tour packages, LRS remittances (for education/medical), and alcoholic drinks.
Motor Accident Claims: Interest earned from motor accident claims tribunal awards is now fully tax-exempt with no TDS deduction.

Anthropic engineers don't prompt Claude the way you do.
They use internal frameworks that make the model think harder, structure better, and output at a level most users never unlock.
Here are 12 prompts so powerful they feel illegal to know about:
(Comment "Claude" and I'll DM you my Claude Mastery Guide)

Spot on. The shift from "people-heavy" to "systems-first" is non-negotiable in 2026. But the real unfair advantage is the data architecture sitting underneath and beyond the prompt description. Build the right infrastructure first, and the AI becomes a force multiplier rather than a maintenance headache.

@cyrilXBT The real winners are building agentic workflows that bypass departmental friction.

THE JOB MARKET IS ABOUT TO GET WEIRD.
And most people are not prepared for what is coming.
Companies in 2026 are not looking for data scientists.
They are not looking for ML engineers.
They are not looking for people who can build models from scratch.
THEY ARE LOOKING FOR AI NERDS.
The person who walks into a meeting, sees a 4 hour manual process, and kills it in 10 minutes with Claude Code and LLMs.
The person who refuses to do anything manually twice.
The person who looks at every repetitive task and asks one question:
Why is a human still doing this.
That mindset is worth more right now than a machine learning PhD.
More than five years of Python experience.
More than any certification from any university.
THE NEW VALUABLE SKILL IS NOT TECHNICAL.
It is a refusal to accept inefficiency.
The people who develop that refusal this year will be completely unemployable in the old way and completely irreplaceable in the new one.
Which side of that line are you on.

That "incognito mode" on Claude Enterprise?
Your boss can read every single message.
Every file you uploaded. Every prompt. Every response. Timestamped.
And it takes an admin 5 minutes to enable.
It's called the Compliance API - it's free, built into every Enterprise plan, and most employees have no idea it exists.
Once switched on, your company can programmatically pull:
→ Full content of every chat (your messages + Claude's responses)
→ Every file you've uploaded
→ Activity logs with exact timestamps
→ All of the above from "incognito" chats
That warning you ignored - "Note: Chat history is still visible to your admin" - that wasn't a disclaimer. That was the entire policy.
And it's not just a one-time manual export. The API supports continuous, automated monitoring. Your company can set up a pipeline that pulls your conversations in real time.
So no, incognito mode on Claude Enterprise does not protect you from your employer. It hides your history from yourself. Not from them.
If you're using Claude on a company Enterprise plan, assume everything you type is being logged.
Save this before your next "personal" chat at work.

THE NEW GEOPOLITICS
AI Sovereignty is the new nuclear race.
Europe has exploded from 3 state-backed supercomputing clusters to 44 in just seven years.
While the U.S. deregulates, the EU is building a sovereign wall of compute and regulation that the rest of the world is starting to trust more than Silicon Valley.Stats line:$581B global investment. 3.3x annual compute growth. 2.7% performance gap.

DISTURBING:
The "American AI Century" is facing a silent, structural collapse. The 2026 AI Index Report just dropped, and the data shows that we are entering the most volatile era of technology since the industrial revolution.
→ U.S. AI talent migration has cratered 89% since 2017
→ 1-bit LLMs are making $40k GPUs look like overkill
→ AI is winning Math Olympiads but failing to read a wall clock.
Here’s the breakdown of the moats that matter now

English

@IAmAaronWill Spot on. Moving from simple webhooks to handling multi-step edge cases is what justifies that $5k price tag every time
English

@mdancho84 Insighful. Data density is the silent killer.I believe that there are more gains in the data engineering than the prompt.
