@Talabat @tomasorodriguez You can simply refund the money thats all i want, none of the food which was ordered has been consumed all of it we threw away because it was rotten, and when I raised a complaint you are giving me the run around

@HamdanMohammed I most humbly seek your kind intervention in my mother’s urgent medical case. Hospitals are refusing surgery as insurance is not covering the treatment, and the cost is beyond my means. She is in severe pain. Despite approaching DHA, we received no resolution.

Now you are refusing the patient for emergency case just because the hospital wants to fill the pockets, the doctor you have are non transparent and management of the hospital is incompetent

You change the status of patient to outpatient and change the emergency case to non emergency very cleverly while we are distressed you got our sign

The from medeor hospital you started demanding the money upfront and your manger said to pay 50 percent or no surgery, when we told get it cover from insurance you give 2 drip of pain killers and discharge the pateint

My mother first went to astar you diagnosed her with cancer, then submitted the approval for 33000 which never approved by insurance then you told us to cancel and go to medeor, you guys submitted another approval of 14200 which never approved,
