📢 LATEST: Escalating global conflict and urgent need for Muslim unity During his Friday sermon, delivered on 27 March 2026, Hazrat Mirza Masroor Ahmad, Khalifatul Masih V (aa), highlighted the worsening global conflicts and the explicit intentions of world powers to establish hegemony over the Muslim world, urged Muslim nations to recognise these divisive schemes and unite and called for earnest prayers for their solidarity. He said: “The conditions of war, too, are becoming worse and worse. America and Israel are striving to establish their hegemony over the whole world and especially over the Muslim world. As the Israeli [Prime Minister] said when the war in Palestine began and the first attack was launched, ‘now the map of this region – indeed, even of the Arab countries – will be changed’. So, these are attempts to change that map. “The Muslim world, too, ought to realise the direction in which they are heading and that it is most necessary for them to become one. It is heard that Pakistan is trying to bring about reconciliation with America involving Iran and those [affected] countries, because the Arab countries too are suffering loss in the midst of all this; thus, from that standpoint, Pakistan is making efforts. Even over this, some circles in Iran have developed misgivings, thinking that this is wrong and they have even gone so far as to level accusations. Indeed, in certain circles in Iran, it has begun to be said – among educated people or among analysts – that Pakistan, in its own territory along the Iranian border, is training or aiding American forces, or is assisting such people as would wage war against Iran. In any case, this is entirely false. Pakistan has denied it. In reality, the enemy seeks to take advantage of these circumstances and create unrest so that Muslim countries may never be able to support one another. “Therefore, there is a great need for prayers. May Allah the Exalted grant us the ability to pray in this regard as well and may He also enable the Muslim countries to be strung together in a bond of unity. Amin.”

A man who stood alone – yet was never truly alone as he was supported by God Himself. Foretold to arise from the men of Persian descent (Sahih al-Bukhari, Hadith 4897), he emerged as a divinely commissioned reformer, resolute in purpose and fearless in the face of universal opposition. There are many who falter when abandoned by the world – yet this stalwart Messiah declared, with unshakable certainty, that even if the whole world abandoned him and not a single person stood by him, he would remain unmoved. In one of his Persian couplets, the Promised Messiah (as) says: مَن نہ آنستُم کہ روز جنگ بینی پشت من آن منم کاندر میانِ خاک و خوں بینی سرے “I am not of those who, on the day of battle, turn their backs; I am he whose head thou shalt behold in the middle of dust and blood.” Allah the Almighty says: “O ye who believe! if you help [the cause of] Allah, He will help you and will make your steps firm.” (Ch.47: V.8) Huzoor (aa) states: “In this verse, there is both counsel and admonition for the Muslims of the era following the Holy Prophet Muhammad (sa). It teaches that mere belief is not sufficient; rather, it is incumbent upon you to help the religion of Allah. “It is this very endeavour that will enable you to partake of the blessings of Allah and grant you His divine help. Your faith will be strengthened, and you will come to be recognised as a Jamaat. “Particularly in the age of the Promised Messiah (as), when the revival of the religion [of Islam] is destined to occur, it becomes obligatory upon Muslims to support the one sent by God Almighty... “Even today, this is a matter for Muslims to reflect upon. As has been stated repeatedly before, the promise of Allah is one of help and victory – a promise to lead towards [divine] light. Yet, despite calling themselves believers, even contemporary columnists lament in newspapers that we are moving towards weakness in faith, drifting from light into darkness, and even declining materially rather than progressing. They themselves write that there is scarcely any moral failing that is not present among us. “Thus, it is evident that, somewhere, we have incurred the displeasure of that God Who is the Guardian of the believers. “Even now, the time remains to reflect: to rekindle the light of faith within ourselves, to step forward in support of the religion of Allah and recognise the Imam of the age.” Tap on the link in bio to read the full article 👆
