@istreamerapps please fix the issue ASAP. I cannot play any files after today’s update. It crashes immediately after I attempt to open any files!!! Please. Help!!!!!

@emrah_emrahk What is the model of your iPad and the OS version? Is your app version 8.8.3 ?

@istreamerapps I think you need to release a separate critical update for iPadOS. Please fix this issue too. Now I cannot watch any movie at my iPad. It is crashing once I try to open any file.

@istreamerapps still waiting for the feedback from your side. Not only me but also some other friends had same issue fatter downloading the update published yesterday at PlayerXtreme. It crashes while trying to open any audio or video file!!!

@istreamerapps After iOs14 update, files mp4 extension stops playing at lockscreen smoothly,it gets paused, upon pushing the play button,it starts playing again at lock screen but once unlocked the video gets played with black screen.This phenomenon is not true for webm extension

@_WeEzY34 Open the app and go to the menu at the top left in Library, tap General and then enable idle lock on player screen.

@istreamerapps hey i love the interface but i have one issue with is keeping me from purchasing the premium PlayerXtreme and that is everytime im watchin a movie i have to tap the screen every few min or the phone will go to sleep. Soo annoying. Please help! Only this app does it

Here I do not mean Lock Screen within application itself by press ion lock button within app, I mean once the device is locked

@federationofid Hi. Some apps have a restriction that prevents screen mirroring. Apps like Netflix, HBO, Amazon etc. have this restriction.

@istreamerapps hi! Downloaded your app and got it set up. The screen is being mirrored on my Roku, but when I try to play a video from an app (Netflix or HBO) I’m only getting the 3 dots on the screen. Help needed. Thanks!
