I think it’s truly absurd that Japanese players have 8 slots at the One Piece World Championship, and a total of 22 slots are allocated to Asia. I understand that the Asian player base is very large, but it’s still unreasonable that Japan alone gets 8 slots while the entire rest of the world only gets 12. Oceania and LATAM each have just 1 slot, and LATAM Finals winners even have to face each other to compete for that single spot. All of this is absolutely unfair. I think the slots for OCE, LATAM, and SEA players should be increased.

@itbShane Deck pops off turn 2, sometimes with multiple level 6s all for 1 memory while spawning 100 guys. Its Jesmon but better. Sure its weak to dedigi, if you don't play namake, but even still, 1 dedigi doesn't help into double level 6. Bt15 Nyaro shouldn't be allowed as an egg.

Props to Bandai for this ban list. Hit what they needed to hit and some extra. Whiners will whine, but even from the top 8 of worlds, we can see that we're most likely in the most balanced playing field in a while. Medusa will be the default unga-bunga deck, but there are answers

SEA had 6 countries fighting for 3 spots to worlds. Each having to win 3 events to get there 2/3 of the players who went took 1st & 2nd place. Meanwhile the region who have not taken a worlds title claims to be the “strongest region” Pls be serious now 🫩

@LukeSte38396471 Definitely not, medusa will be the default Puppets will just be popular cause my boi Kurova brought it to worlds, but by no means is it close to a t0 Deck is generally weak into devolve and -dp, so will just need to see how the meta shifts

@itbShane There's also puppets are the defacto unga-bunga, which is better Jesmon. Instead of hitting the meta entirely, they just decided to remove 1 viable deck. Very cool Bandai

@SykesCJPT Power creep happens, but at least there's no definitive bdif atm. Only issue is the speed of the game getting faster, but the only way to solve it would be with rotation You can argue for medusa, but the liberator decks keep each other in check + the deck has issues into ruin
