We enjoyed delivering workshops at NYU two weeks ago -- described on our blog (#h.7sirzezbs1bv" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">itcrtraining.org/resources/blog…) -- by the end of workshops, participants reported increased confidence about understanding gene expression data, utilizing computing resources, and using AI within their work.

We enjoyed co-delivering workshops with @gregcaporaso and his group at NIH last week -- described on our blog (#h.ioqyo8nbffxg" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">itcrtraining.org/resources/blog…) -- with attendees reporting an increase in confidence for using both QIIME2 and Containers by the end of the workshop series

The AI in Research Work workshop will aim to answer questions like - How can I use AI efficiently and responsibly for my research work? - What should AI NOT be used for in cancer informatics research? - Which large language models are best suited for certain research tasks?
