@DixieNormu95224 They NEED to say that because the whole case vs. Karen Read was based on Jen McCabe's fabricated story. One mistake & a whole bunch of people need to change their stories. Case in point was when it was proven KR arrived at JOK's much earlier than 12:45am

How can Jen McCabe be presented as the “most reliable witness” when parts of her story conflict with the very beginning of the night?
Jen testified that she arrived at the Waterfall Bar & Grille around 9:00 PM and that Chris Albert was already there.
But Chris Albert testified that he didn’t even leave his business until close to 10:00 PM.
That’s not some tiny discrepancy about whether somebody sat at the left side of the bar or the right side. That’s the basic timeline of who was where and when the night even started.
And once again, we’ll never fully know because investigators only presented surveillance footage starting around 10:30 PM.
So the public never got to see
who actually arrived when,
how long people stayed,
who was drinking with who,
or how much everyone consumed before leaving.
Instead, everyone is expected to just accept reconstructed timelines built almost entirely from testimony and memory… while Jen also maintains she only had “two drinks” all night.
Only in this case do timelines somehow get clearer after midnight than they do at the beginning of the evening.

When I saw this picture of Colin Albert, all I could think about is my own son who graduated high school last week. He’s the same age Colin was when Aidan Kearney told him to kill himself. Just 17 years old.

I saw some of what she had said on her livestream on the house of defendants defamation filing and I was laughing my ass off that they used erroneous assumptions to file without thinking about the consequences.
As a result, the defamation lawsuit has opened the gate of hell they think they’ve hidden away. They are now seeking time and Karen’s team agreed to give them more time to reply to their frivolous claim.
Facts remains that the house of defendants motion to dismiss Karen Read lawsuit against them had FAILED.
And I can guarantee you that their defamation lawsuit against Karen Read will be judiciously dismissed.

I’ve been straight exposing a timeline that buries not only Aidan but KR and her attorneys. Aidan has a 401 area code that he uses to communicate with people in this case that got tossed. Curious to know what can be done to get the toll records on that phone number after Lucky’s phone records are obtained through a Duce Tecum Subpoena?
